Automation, professional packaging, repeatable validation, and reproducible environments replaced fragile manual knowledge with inspectable workflows. No unverified counts, timings, or performance figures are asserted here.

AI-assisted predecessor work

Earlier human-directed AI development used modular roles, test-first iteration, reproducible environments, and repeated correction. It is an inspectable technical and methodological predecessor—not, by itself, the later PortusSophia field architecture.
