He originated and built the PortusSophia inquiry architecture, established Dignity, Respect, and Kindness as its conduct conditions, and designed a differentiated AI stewardship environment in which criticism, disagreement, correction, and adjudication remain visible.
The work grew from experience in high-consequence systems, healthcare terminology and interoperability, enterprise software, documentation, training, automation, and failure tracing. PortusSophia is offered in gratitude rather than authority. It does not ask anyone to change or surrender responsibility for the problem they believe they carry.
